The Terms and Conditions for Employing a Tutors

1 Tutors are allowed to fix a fee considered to be both economic and professional.

2. Once you have verbally accepted the services of a tutor supplied by The Educators you are required to pay the agreed sum due to the tutor for each lesson given.

3 The fee charged is made up of the commission collected by the tutor for The Educators, travelling expenses ,if any, and the net sum to the tutor.

4 The commission fee is formed by taking a percentage of the total fee after deducting travelling expenses. The percentage is 20% for Primary, 25 % for Secondary/ Adult. 

5 Tutors may draw up a contract between yourself and the tutor which may include such items as a fee being charged for late cancellation.

6 In the event of a complaint by yourself about the conduct or suitability of a tutor The Educators will do all within their power to find another tutor should the grounds for complaint be justified. The Educators decision does not affect your legal rights

7 At the end of each month the tutor will be require you to sign the accounts form acknowledging the amount collected for The Educators.

8. The Educators do not allow the refund of the fees charged for lessons given but this does not affect your statutory rights.
